He could have gone to the drunk tank and went home the next day but he chose to fight the police.No he was not going home. He was going right back to jail because he was on probation. He knew it and that's why he fought.  He knew he was going to go serve the rest of his sentence for beating his children should He dies for that? He was likely scared they were going to kill Him like Floyd.  When He ran they could have chased Him until help got there, would you have shot him if you were the officer? he thought the officers and stole a taser from one, it wasn’t until he turned to use the taser that he was shot, the officers have a duty to protect there selves and others around them. He made the choice for the officers and they made the right decision he was using the taser he took from the cops!  If he hadn’t run, he would be alive!  It’s his own fault!
